Forumify is not liable for any user-generated content on any forum, or for any loss of data which may occur. If you have an issue with a forum, you may send an email to abuse@forumify.com.

Forumify reserves the right to remove content at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to update this TOS at any point in time.

By creating a forum, you automatically agree to the following rules:

1. All content must be legal within the USA
2. Spam forums* are strictly prohibited
3. Linking to or promoting distribution of warez or nulled software will result in forum deletion
4. No adult content is permitted (including nudity)
5. You will not post content or take any action on Forumify or any hosted forums that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law
6. Users are obliged not to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users of this service
7. Users may not make posts or forums that contain offensive content or links to offensive content. Offensive Content means and includes content with vulgar, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hate-speech, or libelous language; content in which race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, nationality, or gender are used as a means of insult; and material considered pornographic, obscene, graphic, or hate speech.
8. Communications clearly insulting other users, individually or as a group, directly or indirectly, are not allowed. This includes, but not limited to, name-calling, direct insults and orders, insinuations, or insults towards family. Communications that insult or mock racial or ethnic groups and/or religious sentiments are not allowed.
9. You must leave the link back to our site at all times, it must remain plainly visible and unobfuscated, though if you donate more than $1 you may remove it

If your forum is found to be in violation of these rules, it will be deleted or suspended.

*Spam forums can be classified loosely as forums which promote spam, forums which only contain spam, forums that are made for purposes other than use as a discussion forum (e.g. a backlinks forum). Forums which we believe to meet any of these criteria can and will be suspended at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

Forumify will not share your email address or IP address with anyone.

All antispam measures which record data comply with internet regulations regarding the storage of personally identifiable data, information is only stored for seven days and is not publicly accessible.

Our system uses cookies to retain login information, none of these cookies are malicious or will cause damage to the computer of the user.
